Playground Playbook

Supervision & Safety

  • Children may only enter the play area with a supervising parent or guardian. Adult supervision ensures children stay in age-appropriate areas, use equipment safely, and stay within their physical abilities.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for explaining all safety rules and equipment instructions to their children.
  • Children must be supervised when using the restrooms, in lobby-area, or any other areas within the facility.
  • Socks are REQUIRED for all children and adults in the play area.
  • Food and beverages can ONLY be consumed at the tables in the lobby area and in the party room.
  • All backpacks, bags and shoes must be left in the designated changing area.
  • ‘MiMa create and play’ is a non-smoking, drug-free and alcohol-free environment.

Playground Etiquette: Play-It-Safe Rules

  • Do not push or bump into other children
  • Do not run
  • Do not jump off play area structures
  • Do not bring food and drinks to play area
  • Take turns
  • Only one person per swing at a time
  • Respect others
  • Be kind
  • HAVE FUN!

General Policies

  • No refund policy.
  • ‘MiMa create and play’ is not responsible for things lost or left behind.
  • Children who display aggressive, destructive behavior or are unable to play safely with others will be kindly asked to leave MiMa Create and Play without a refund.
  • The parent/guardian is responsible for destruction or devastation of toys by their child.
  • To ensure complete safety for children ‘MiMa create and play’ has installed monitoring.
  • The owner and the staff of ‘MiMa create and play’ are not responsible for the safety of adults and children who are not obeying the rules.
  • Children ages 9 months up to 13 years are considered paid guests. Adults are free.
  • We have a 4% service charge on all card transactions.
  • All birthday party deposits are non-refundable, however birthday party can be reschedule upon availability.
    • If an event needs to be cancelled, we can offer open play passes valued at the deposit or reschedule up to 2 years in advance.
  • Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of the rules.
